Great product! Works on 2022 RAV4 XSE Hybrid for the updated connector to the cargo light.

Works with 2021 RAV4 XLE, you need zip ties and a trim removal tool but besides that, pretty easy to instal, may take some work getting the wires through the tube that connects to the door, I suggest using a stronger wire or thin metal rod to pull the wires through as the wires are not very tough and can get bunched up and stuck without a guide.
