Finally got these installed. Was waiting to install until I could figure out how to wire it with the switch. No directions on how to install and was sent the wrong switch at first. Finally figured out to wire both red wires from the switch to red wire for the LED's. I wired the green wire from the switch to the fuse extender and both blacks to ground. Wiring was too short to be able to attach it to the switch so I had to buy more wire. Works well now. Will see how long they hold up.

Bought these back in September. Really easy to install and came out really clean. But 7 months later one of the lights is malfunctioning and one side of the light is left blinking. Really disappointed that these didn't even last a year.
